Perfect 03:14
Perfect (R. Johnson/T. Chesal) I let my pride get the best of me Instead of love pushed you away Envy green is driving me crazy Blaming you for ending up this way I wish that I could be perfect Then everyone could see They don't have to rip you down To be on the level with me It's so hard living in your shadow I don't know who I'm supposed to be I'm so lost in your shadow Let the sun go down and set me free I wish that I could be perfect Then everyone could see They don't have to rip you down To be on the level with me I wish that i could be perfect Then everyone could see They don't have to rip you down To be on the level with me Solo I wish that I could be perfect Then everyone could see They don't have to rip you down To be on the level with me I wish that i could be perfect Then everyone could see They don't have to rip you down To be on the level with me (c) 2005 Broke On Payday Music.

Could Not Stay - T. Chesal/R. Johnson I knew a girl one day She said she could not stay No, no she could not stick around Hung up on a clock she'll stay Riding time as you could say But no she could not be let down Still holding it strong In my own way Still holding it strong Day after day I met a girl today Same girl but a different day Same day when it all comes boiling down Hung up in her mind she'll stay Reads lines a different way Explains the life she's built around her Still holding it strong In my own way Still holding it strong Day after day Solo I knew a girl one day She said she could not stay No, no she could not stick around Hung up on a clock she'll stay Riding time as you could say But no she could not be let down Still holding it strong In my own way Still holding it strong Day after day (c) 2005 Broke On Payday Music.

Violence Inspired (R. Johnson/T. Chesal/J. Chesal) Walking Disaster Break it all down Watching us crumble Without any sound Violence inspired Behavior has spread With venomous lies In everything said What I have not figured out is Why we're all scared What I have not figured out is Why you're still here What did I say What did I do What can I say to get through What did I say What did I do When I find myself thinking bout me and you Talking thereafter Bring it all out Living life's stumbles Resolving self doubt What I have not figured out is Why we're all scared What I have not figured out is Why you're still here What did I say What did I do What can I say to get through What did I say What did I do When I find myself thinking bout me and you Solo Violence retired Just memories in my head Clear sky came With everything bled What I have not figured out is Why we're all scared What I have not figured out is Why you're still here What did I say What did I do What can I say to get through What did I say What did I do When I find myself thinking bout me and you (c) 2005 Broke On Payday Music.

Picture Frame (T. Chesal/R. Johnson) She builds her life with cards Swims with no regard No regard to where this breeze will lead She paints her life in stars Never really seemed to be that far From the life she thought she'd lead Solo Still remember times of grey Drink for times of better days Better days outnumbered Does she read between the lines these days It's hard to say, it's hard to say Or does she read these lines in her own way It's hard to say, so hard to say So lets fill our hands with rain Washed away the better days Still frames holding memories Burned the last remains Holding tight to a picture frame A picture frame left empty Does she read between the lines these days It's hard to say, it's hard to say Or does she read these lines in her own way It's hard to say, so hard to say Solo Does she read between the lines these days It's hard to say, it's hard to say Or does she read these lines in her own way It's hard to say, so hard to say (c) 2005 Broke On Payday Music.

Inside 03:53
Inside (R. Johnson/M. Smith) Every new day Brings a new place A castle of sand melts to the sea Emotion earthquake A tired old face Be what they wanted him to be Yeah! Oh Yeah! Never a man he fights alone No one to stop this tragedy On the outside, looking inside He sees his problem but he can't see What's been going on inside of me What you gonna do (Inside Out) When you've got your hands tied (Inside Out) How you gonna feel On the inside He feels the anger Buried deeply He slowly fades into the grey He knows the burden Placed upon him Can he stand to lose another day What you gonna do (Inside Out) When you've got your hands tied (Inside Out) How you gonna feel On the inside Solo What you gonna do (Inside Out) When you've got your hands tied (Inside Out) How you gonna feel On the inside What you gonna do (Inside Out) When you've got your hands tied (Inside Out) How you gonna feel On the inside (c) 2005 Broke On Payday Music.

Red 02:38
Red (R. Johnson/ M. Smith) Don't give me your rhyme Spare me your reason I've got enough shit inside of my head I've had enough cold season If you'd go away I'd be better off It's OK My thoughts on display All so cliche Covered in red It seems to me we've only begun To blame it all on.... red Lying in wait Anticipating First to begin now stuck in between Maybe its fate This life is wasting Feeling so much worse off It's OK My thoughts on display All so cliche Covered in red It seems to me we've only begun To blame it all on.... red Red Solo It's OK My thoughts on display All so cliche Covered in red It seems to me we've only begun To blame it all on.... red (c) 2005 Broke On Payday Music.

Shelter 04:10
Shelter (R. Johnson/ T. Chesal/M. Smith) Understanding is to look for reason Find the answers and choose to ignore Switching colors like the changing season Always makes it hard to figure you out Sheltering the past In spite of the future Dress it up with lies A tarnished suit that suits her fine We never cross the growing gap The space between us growing deeper Side by each the memories lapse Sheltering the past In spite of the future Dress it up with lies A tarnished suit that suits her fine We both lie here As we lie here to ourselves This time I'm not giving in, no Not giving in, no Not giving in Solo (c) 2012 Broke On Payday Music.

Lines In Sand (R. Johnson) Everything that you do Has a lasting effect on me Holds me down makes it Hard to breathe The evidence is clear And it's all here I've got nothing but pity for you You take life away Wash blood from my hands And watch me fade Like lines in the sand Holding time gets me through Watching you step on me Only see what I Want to believe The evidence is clear And it's all here I've rejected my pity for you You take life away Wash blood from my hands And watch me fade Like lines in the sand Remember me... In days we will meet again Solo I've got nothing! You take life away... You take life away Wash blood From my hands And watch me fade Like lines in the sand Like lines in the sand (c) 2003 Broke On Payday Music.

about

Straight up rock album, with strong melodies and songwriting! We're talking power vocals, impressive guitar leads, tight rhythm section and make you want to drive fast and play it loud kind of rock music! A general lyrical theme for the album could I suppose be repair & new beginnings. 7 years in the making, yet at the same time not a moment too soon, nor a day too late! We hope you enjoy!!
